Want to Cut Your Laundry in Half? Here’s How

🧺 Want to Cut Your Laundry in Half? Here’s How.

Laundry can feel endless — especially for busy households. But here’s a simple habit that could save you hours each week:

👉 Rewear what’s still clean.

Not everything needs to hit the hamper after one wear. In fact, rewearing certain items can:

  • Cut down the number of loads you need to do

  • Save on detergent, energy, and time

  • Help your clothes last longer

🧠 So, what’s safe to rewear?

  • 👖 Jeans – 3–5 wears is totally fine

  • 💤 Pajamas – 2–3 nights (especially if you shower before bed)

  • 🧥 Hoodies & jackets – Several wears if they’re layered

  • 👕 Casual shirts or tops – 1–2 wears depending on sweat/smells

  • 🏃‍♂️ Workout clothes – Only if you didn’t actually work out 😉

Use the sniff test — it’s a classic for a reason!
